About Cookies and how we use them?

Cookies are small data files which are placed on your computer (or smartphone/tablet etc) by websites, and which collect certain data from you. Some of these cookies are crucial to the way a website works, for example keeping track of what’s in your shopping basket. Others perform less essential tasks like storing your preferences.

If you would like more information about what cookies are, how they work, and how to restrict their usage in your browser settings, there are many informative sites on the internet such as

Screen Recording

We use screen recording software in order to better understand our users’ needs and to optimize this service and experience. This software is a technology service that helps us better understand our users’ experience (e.g. how much time they spend on which pages, which links they choose to click, what users do and don’t like, etc.) and this enables us to build and maintain our service with user feedback. The software uses cookies and other technologies to collect data on our users’ behavior and their devices. This includes a device’s IP address (processed during your session and stored in a de-identified form), device screen size, device type (unique device identifiers), browser information, geographic location (country only), and the preferred language used to display our website. The chosen recording platform stores this information on our behalf in a pseudonymized user profile; it is contractually forbidden to sell any of the data collected on our behalf.

We require this information to process your payment, deliver your goods and fulfil our contract with you.

What do we do with your information?

Your information is stored in our order processing system which is based with the European Union. We use third-party courier companies or Royal Mail to deliver your goods and we share with them your name, address and telephone number to complete the delivery. We do not use the information you provide to make any automated decisions that might affect you.

We do not send or sell your information to anyone else other than those mentioned above unless required to comply with our legal responsibilities.

How long do we keep your information for?

Unless you create an account with us, we keep your order information for up to 7 years after purchase. Your personal information associated with the order will then be removed.
