MI Delivery Information

Ross-Tech VCDS online purchases:

We sell VCDS tools to the UK mainland, N. Ireland and the Islands

If your product is in stock and ordered before 3pm we aim to dispatch the same day for delivery the next day. (NB: If the delivery address is in what is classed as a remote location sometimes delivery will take an extra day). We normally use DHL as our trackable delivery service. A signature will be required at the time of delivery.

Engine spares & Impco products

If your required product(s) is/are in stock and ordered before 3pm we aim to dispatch the same day for delivery the next day.  (NB: If the delivery address is in what is classed as a remote location sometimes delivery will take an extra day). We normally use DHL as our trackable delivery service. A signature will be required at the time of delivery.

If your required product(s) is/are not in stock but accessible to us within the UK, delivery will be within 3-5 days. For limited availability stock, accessible only outside of the UK, an expected delivery date will be given at point of purchase. We will keep you updated of any further changes should they arise.

Industrial engine purchases

Delivery date will be confirmed, at point of order / purchase, with your sales representative.
